**Job Title: Production Manager** **Job Description** The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the production and supply chain teams, managing a team of twelve individuals. The role requires flexibility in working hours, starting with a shift from 6am to 4pm during the initial training period, transitioning to 8am to 5pm. You will be responsible for measuring individual performance and ensuring efficient workflow. **Responsibilities** + Supervise and manage a team of twelve people in a manufacturing setting. + Monitor clocking in and out, and manage attendance for contractors and employees. + Utilize ADP production tracking system for performance measurement. + Conduct one-on-one meetings with employees to evaluate and improve performance. + Oversee and implement point system for performance tracking. + Provide constructive feedback and address problem-solving needs. + Manage supply chain processes and production management tasks. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of experience as a manufacturing supervisor. + 7-10 years of experience in production within a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in computer applications, including QuickBooks. + Strong leadership and teaching abilities. + Experience in supply chain management and production management. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with ADP production tracking system. + Ability to stay flexible with working hours to meet production needs. + Firm leadership qualities with the ability to enforce point systems. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values camaraderie and growth.
