Role: Production Manager
Location: Marden, Kent
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum DOE
My client are a well-established and growing company, looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead their busy production team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll manage daily operations, improve processes, and support a skilled team to deliver high-quality products on time, every time.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the full production processPlanning and managing daily workflows to meet deadlines and quality standardsLeading and supporting a production team, providing training and developmentEnsuring quality control and compliance with health & safety standardsWorking with other departments to keep jobs moving smoothlyReporting on production performance to senior management
The ideal candidate will have previous production or manufacturing management experience, good attention to detail, and strong leadership skills.
