JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for all aspects of how linen is processed through the plant once it arrives at the production facility. Directs the various departments and supervisors on the most efficient way of accomplishing this task while utilizing established policies and procedures. The Production Manager will motivate employees, participate in changing culture, identify waste and improve processes, and actively participate in employee engagement.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to Code of Conduct and other policies is required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training/Experience:
REQUIRED:
+ Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience
+ Experience with Microsoft Suite products
PREFERRED:
+ Linen or Manufacturing supervisory experience
License/Certifications/Special Requirements:
+ Within two (2) years of employment will attend and successfully complete Linen College.
