This role is integral to the smooth and efficient delivery of our work — ensuring operational clarity, financial accuracy, and consistent production standards across all projects. The Production Manager will take ownership of essential day-to-day responsibilities, enabling senior production leads to focus on strategic growth, innovation, and high-level delivery. This role will also form a key part of our maternity leave cover structure, supporting the continuity of leadership and stability within the team during this period. **Key Responsibilities** + Manage project resourcing, ensuring teams are assigned appropriately across in-house and freelance talent pools, working at pace to map team needs working close with the Head of Production + Handle supplier onboarding, contracting, and compliance, in line with internal and client requirements, in partnership with the Finance team + Oversee purchase order and payment tracking, working closely with finance to ensure accuratereconciliation, job close down and forecast reporting. + Maintain and improve production workflow tools and systems, driving consistency and efficiency across projects. + Support the Executive Producers on live projects as required — including documentation, scheduling, and logistics. + Act as a point of contact for operational queries from the production team, providing clear guidance and support. + Help embed best practices across production operations, contributing to process improvement and team development. + Provide key support during the Head of Production’s maternity leave, taking on increased responsibility and coordination as needed. **Skills & Experience** + Experience in production or operations within an experiential, live events, or creative agency environment. + Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail, especially around financial tracking and process compliance. + Confident managing multiple suppliers, timelines, and internal stakeholders simultaneously. + Familiarity with budgeting tools, purchase order systems, and project management platforms. + A keen eye when it comes to sourcing the right people for the right projects that uphold the St Marks ethos + A calm and solutions-focused approach under pressure, with a team-first mentality. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude. **Additional information** **St Marks Studios** has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
