Production Manager - Lamia Plant

The Production Manager designs and monitors the production plan in line with objectives in safety, quality, quantity, costs and deadlines, in respect of people and customers. Is responsible for the safety rules enforcement. Ensures 5s implementation on the shop floor on constant basis. Is responsible for the follow up of quality processes implementation on the shop floor. Manages the production teams. Proposes alternative solutions in case of any deviation.

Required qualifications & competencies:

General Education: 4 to 5 years at university in engineering domain Experience: 5 years at least in an operational position in a plant of a multinational organisation Fluent (in writing and speaking) in Greek and English language  Production planning and monitoring Continuous improvement Maintain and optimize impact of cross-trained flexible team Deployment and monitoring of key indicators Formalization and transmission of know-how Team work Leadership and management Project management  Customer satisfaction Communication skills SAP and local Apps
