Job Title: Production Manager

Job Location: León (Gto, Mex)– Presential

 

 

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Production Manager, based in Leon (Gto,MEX).

 

YOUR TASKS WILL BE

Ensure safe working conditions for all production areas:
- trained & certified operators in correct work areas (PEOPLE ALLOCATION)   
- machines & equipment in safe operating conditions      
- correct use of safety equipment and work methods  Achieve daily targets for production and inventory (WIP) according to PRODUCTION CONTROL PLAN  Control operational costs per plan - both chemical, productivity and labor costs  Ensure that all operations are conducted according to established work standards and process parameters  Responsible to maintain integrity of all material inventories  Lead / particpate in team problem solving (PSR's) and review with customer(s) as necessary  Provide administrative support for associates, complying with established HR regulations  Coach and develop Production Supervisors and Leaders as required  Daily communicate to Production Supervisors items related to safety, quality, and production  Manage work place organization - cleanliness / 5S  Any other actions deemed reasonable by plant management as TWW survey work environment  Comply with and enforce safety and personal protective equipament policies at all times. Participate in the quality system and eviromental management system according to the scope of the positión.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

Completed professional career. Strong Communication Skills - verbal + written.   Good People soft Skills 5+ Years Production Management Experience - preference for leather manufacturing  Understands Planning & Controls of Materials in Production Environment. Environment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing   Ability to Communicate in English (80% min) - verbal + written
