As a Tolling Production Manager, you will be responsible for the daily work of the IC cell at the outsourcing plant. You will report to Operation Manager. Location is Shanghai Xinbao Site.Key ResponsibilitiesWork under the requirement of Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems. Develop necessary SOP to provide the guideline for the operations, monitoring the daily activities and responsible for the effectiveness for the systemsWork with EHS team closely to implement all EHS requirements to cover both local regulation and PPG requirements.  Be responsible for the activities below in responsible area, it covers all the process, all the people and all the equipment.Lead the responsible cells to achieve the KPI includes but not limited to: On Time in Full Delivery; Cycle Time reduction, Absolute Material Utilization improvement; Inventory reduction, Work Off Salvage, Productivity improvementPromote Lean as a tool and improve the performance by using Rapid Improvement WorkshopDevelop the production team to face the future growth and challenge. Lead the team to conduct P&LP, Succession plan, development plan and improvement planAccording to the requirements of the compliance department, cooperate to complete the due diligence related work of the TollerQualificationsMinimal 5 years management experience with a multi-National company, 3 Years experience as tolling manager in a chemical manufacturing related facility.Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalentFluency in writing and speaking Mandarin and EnglishMore than 10 Years experience as a process engineer in a chemical manufacturing related facility.
