Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Cookeville, TN

Pay Range: $16

Shift: Must be available for all 3 shifts

What's the Job?

Position parts, materials, and sub-assemblies for assembly. Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Set up, operate, or tend more than one type of cutting or forming machine tool or robot. Inspect workpieces for defects and measure workpieces to determine accuracy of machine operation.

What's Needed?

Basic knowledge of machines and tools. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to work up to 19 days straight as required.
