Warner Brothers Discovery (“WBD”) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sports Production Logistics Coordinator to join our London-based Sports and Olympic Operations team.   This role is pivotal in supporting the coordination of broadcast logistics for domestic and international sporting events.  The successful candidate will be based at our Hatton Cross Warehouse and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling, tracking and transportation of broadcast equipment.    The role will report to the Manager Production Logistics.

Contract Dates: immediate start – 30th June 2026
 

Core Responsibilities:

Assist with the planning and implementation of the logistics of sports broadcast shipments domestically and internationally

Capture various departmental shipping requirements, understand deadlines and work with the selected freight provider whilst ensuring safe and secure delivery of all shipments and their return

Help with the organising, handling, storing and packing of technical and non-technical sport broadcast equipment and contribute to the loading and unloading of all freight

Register, update, label and track all owned and vendor-supplied equipment using WBD’s internal asset tracking software

Maintain and update the Production Logistics timeline, effectively communicating changes to internal teams, suppliers and vendors.

Perform a range of administrative and office management tasks, including vendor setup, purchase order preparation and tracking, receipt organization (scanning, printing and filing), invoice reconciliation, and monitoring of monthly expense claims as needed.

This role is based in the WBD warehouse in Hatton Cross, London and it’s required that applicants are prepared to be there every day for work

Desired Skills:

Prior experience in logistics or operations for large-scale sporting events is advantageous (training will be provided).

This role includes physical labour and possible domestic and international travel with long and often unsociable hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Positive attitude, adaptability, and a good sense of humour

Competent with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Strong command of written and spoken English

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
