The role:
As a Production Scheduler, you will help drive our goals by:
Production planning on short-term basis and rough-cut capacity planning on mid-term basis (as S&OE horizon) considering demand trends and specific life cycle stages (ramp up, run out and spares)Demand transfer review and trends/ fluctuations escalation with internal stakeholdersToll production plan review and confirmation with toll sites and incoming and outgoing site-to-site transfers review and coordination of production planning aspectsSpares finish goods case by case production planning and detailed management with internal stakeholdersInventory management of finish goods and intermedia aligning to internal stock holdings targets and customer satisfaction strategy including obsolescence managementPlanning related ERP system and master data housekeeping review and revisionCollating, analyzing, and reporting area specific performance data and KPIs on different time frequencies and driving decision making process with managementOrganizing, leading, and controlling specifically defined processes and activities depending on role level and assigned responsibility within role level scope (if levels are applicable) Supporting team members in specific activities or during takeover of new processes or activities with relevant training within the specific area as and if requiredInnovating, sustaining, and improving Planning standards, systems and tools, processes and general supply chain and business compliance/ethics standardsKey skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Bachelor’s degree (as minimum) in Economics/ Business/ Supply Chain Management areasExperience of 1 year in Materials Planning and Purchasing areaKnowledge of ERP software SAP (or equivalent) and planning area fundamentalsKnowledge of Microsoft Office with specific focus on ExcelFluent written and spoken Macedonian and English Analytical, organizational and negotiation skillsWhat we offer:
