PRODUCTION LINE MANAGER
Position Purpose
The position is expected to act as a pioneer for the “Culture Change” going forward. The purpose of the position includes taking required actions to successfully implement IWS (Integrated Work System) structure in line with IWS deployment plan and continue IWS structure and culture after deployment period.
The position will be reporting to Make&Pack Manager.
Responsibilities
· Lead Line Team via understanding and utilizing a ‘Servant Leadership’ mentality - for the machines she/he is responsible.
· Develop the operating teams’ technical understanding and capability
· Be owner of the DDS (Daily Direction Setting) and DMSs (Daily Management Systems), attend DDSs and spread IWS DDS structure.
· Ensure production of multitude of brands in the right quality with high efficiency and flexibility in compliance with JTI manufacturing procedures and quality standards for assigned Make & Pack and Filter Maker lines.
· Coordinate and assure implementation of all kind of maintenance and breakdown activities on assigned Make & Pack and Filter Maker lines in compliance with set production plan.
· Ensure daily business of the production activities in assigned machines (QUIP, Rework, standard measurements, prototypes, material trials) are done and provide necessary reporting and/or documentation accordingly in line with Zero Loss Mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
· University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering,
· Mandatory experience in production processes in IWS structure and have ability to lead small work groups, communicate effectively and develop short-term (<90 day) plans,
· Analytical minded and able to interpret and analyse data,
· Advanced level of English knowledge,
· Advanced knowledge/experience working with MS Office applications and SMART MDC Tool,
