Production Line Leader
Overview Supervise operations during production shifts in the production areas, process reports to ensure production plans are implemented correctly and effectively, manage raw materials according to I2C process. Responsibilities 1. Supervise operations during production shifts: a) Check the status of equipment in each shift according to the planned list. b) Carry out shift handover including: equipment, issues, raw materials, progress of production plan, finished goods... for the next shift. c) Record data at the beginning and end of the day such as: electricity, water, DO, Gas, VO, machine downtime, raw materials... d) Guide and manage the operation and inspection performance of Production Operators during the shift. e) Monitor the implementation of labor safety standards, hygiene status & compliance with regulations of PI and 3rd party employees in the production area. 2. Report: a) Report incidents arising during the shift to higher level. Consult operators to investigate, find root cause, and inform related functions for conclusion and handling. b) Update the progress of production plan for each shift to production assistant manager. c) Check & confirm operation reports/KPIs (raw material efficiency, energy, water, etc.) during the shift, ensuring accurate data. 3. Manage raw materials according to the I2C process: a) Calculate and propose daily raw materials according to the production plan based on the raw material standards of each product. Receive/return raw materials to the warehouse in the correct quantity and following the correct process. b) Make the comperation of received/returned raw materials with the warehouse daily, when taking inventory or when requested; find the cause of the difference if any. 4. Others a) Propose solutions regarding of problems related to production techniques, machinery, enhance discipline and arising issues to ensure effective production activities. b) Assign and guide project team to achieve control indicators (KPIs) in the production area. c) Propose rewards and discipline for employees. Qualifications Graduated from technical colleage school or higher. At least 1 year of experience in similar position or 2 years of experience in operations.. Problem solving skills. Communication skills. Supervisory skills. Knowledge of quality management systems and food safety (GMP, 5S, HACCP, AIB…) is preferred
