Identify systematic failures and initiate Problem-Solving measures 4. Coordination, support and coaching of the Line Leader in order to achieve the targets for internal production KPI(PPM, Scrap Rate, OEE ,Rejection Rate, FPY, etc) 5. Performs deviation management to react on abnormalities of targets for Safety e.g., incidents; Quality e.g., FPY, PPM, Rejection rate; Productivity e.g., OEE, line output; Cost: Scrap 7. Ensure data are updated in the frequency as required in the LIB 8. Participates and generates cross functional meetings in case deviations on KPIs. 9. Trigger the support function or apply the escalation plan when ever needed to reach the targets Diploma / BE in E&C or Mechancial with 3 to 5yrs experience + Managing the resources in the shift (material / people / equipment)▪ Prioritize the activities in order to manage the existent workload (e.g. Running of operations)▪ Monitor and assert the given constraints applicable (eg.
