Advocate and support the Corporate WIN Strategy by managing and improving the quality, cost, delivery, morale and safety of a value stream team. - Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, and manage resources for projects related to process improvement or equipment implementation. - Process Management: Overseeing the machining process, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications, and optimizing production flow. - Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of machining processes, including CNC machining, MCT, Honing, and Grinding machining. - Continuous Improvement: A drive to identify and implement improvements to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost. - Quality Control: Ensuring parts meet required specifications through inspection and quality control measures. - Quality Focus: Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of machining. - Lean Enterprise: Integrates the principles of lean manufacturing with the structured risk assessment of PFMEA - Utilize direct and indirect manpower and manage with most efficiently way to maximize goal of productivity, Production Quality, customer service, reducing cost. - Establishes and maintains premier customer service. - Provides leadership by promoting team concepts, coaching, counseling, retaining, mentoring, training, talent management, and individual development. - Resposible for Environmental Health and Safety for areas of responsibility. - Ensures the operation has adequate inventory, production control scheduling, shipping/receiving logistics. - Monitor inventory movement and inventory level and feedback to SCM.
