Starting Pay $18.40/hr
Position Title: Production Lead (PR04)
Reports To: Facility Manger
Summary:
The Production Lead is responsible for assisting the facility management team in the daily operations of the Blend Mill. This role includes maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and track production inventories.
Maintain production schedules.
Ensure adherence to product quality procedures.
Maintain and track maintenance and pm records.
Track and manage safety events and training as needed,
Monitor production-based equipment.
Oversee shift operations.
Operate all production equipment.
Fill in for all vacant or open positions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel} including page formatting and basic formulas.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to take direction on multiple production projects.
Self-motivation to complete tasks independently.
External Requirements:
Minimum of six months of production-based experience, preferably in a batching or weighing environment.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work at heights.
Ability to obtain and maintain a PIT certification.
Basic Computer Skills
Physical Requirements:
Sitting for periods of time, using hands and/or fingers for typing.
Standing for periods of time for production oversight.
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
