Work Experience
Experience in leadership rolesStrong problem-solving skillsKnowledge of OSHA and environmental regulationsExperience in production equipment operationAbility to interpret and translate designs and documentationTrains and enforces compliances on established best practices with all personnelThorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to troubleshoot, adjust, and debug the equipment and production lines required in house or at the customer's facilityBasic computer and data entry skillsUnderstanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations, to include LOTO and GPI’s 7 Safety AbsolutesVisual color discrimination, the ability to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of colorsAbility to work under minimal supervision Strong leadership skills responsible for overseeing a production team, ensuring safety, quality standards are met, and maintaining operational efficiency. Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staffEnsure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient mannerMonitor production performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective action as neededEnsure that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standardsTrain and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and processesEnforce company policies and procedures in a consistent and fair mannerMonitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotationTroubleshoot production issues and resolve them in a timely manner
