GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Coordinate the activities of workers in order to meet production needs. Follow and enforce all house rules and company policies such as GMPs, SQF, Safety rules and Production Lead SOPs.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION:

Coordinate the activities of co-workers in order to meet production needs Prepare run sequences Assign employees by line and task Work with assigned employees on personal GMP – SQF compliance Coordinate relief for breaks, lunch, and shift switchover Communication with shift supervisors regarding daily events Communicate to shift Supervisor immediate issues or needs Perform all the department job functions, as necessary Able to work around equipment and machinery Requires extensive problem solving skills Must be capable of performing and verify PMO’s quality checks. Plan and execute product changeovers Manage Scale mezzanine, rework and Box room Comply with Food Safety Requirements and GMPs as applicable to this position.  Comply with other duties as assigned by Lead or Supervisor
