Production Lead

What does a successful Production Lead do at Fiserv? 

As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for coaching, training, assigning, and checking the work of Production Associates.  You will oversee shift operations through scheduling and ensure the completion of assigned production projects.  

What you will do:  

Operating any equipment (embossers, printers, inserters, etc.) used in the credit card personalization or credit card statement print/mail process.Performing data entry to update systemPerforming quality checks and verifying accurate material used and embossing completed in accordance with industry standardsTroubleshooting to resolve machine and job-related problems and performing minor machine adjustments as required.Maintaining clean work areaUnderstanding, interpreting, and abiding by OSHA regulations
 

What you will need to have:  

Experience operating a computer workstation.Deep knowledge of production operation/conceptsStrong verbal and written communication skillsPerform other duties as assigned

What would be great to have: 

A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience Self-motivation to meet deadlineStrong organizational skills and ability to stay in control while working in a continually changing, deadline driven work environmentStrong PC skills

Compensation is $ 20.00 hour You will work an assigned schedule of 3rd shiftEligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd or 3rd shifts Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays
