Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: + Shoveling rock and assisting with equipment repairs + Retrieving tools and providing general support across departments + Operating a sweeper to maintain clean concrete surfaces + Washing scrubber slabs and running clinkers for screening and crushing + Greasing and inspecting crusher screens in the finishing plant + Assisting with clay chopping in the clay shed + Maintaining cleanliness and greasing equipment throughout the facility **🛠️What You Bring** + Experience in general labor or production work + Comfort using hand tools and performing physically demanding tasks + Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work at heights up to 60 feet + High school diploma or GED + Bonus: Experience with aggregate operations or running equipment **🌤️Work Environment** This role is based outdoors in a dynamic setting.
