In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Perform customers’ quotes based on material availability, installed capacity, processes restrictions prior product knowledge to provide satisfactory delivery times Check that the client's requirements meet the guidelines established during the quoting process using electronic means ORACLE and ensuring compliance with delivery times Lead the daily demand loaded in the system and in process on the manufacturing area to plan the release work orders considering availability of material, installed capacity and system constraints, ensuring optima flow units. Transfer the daily manufacturing area using the ORACLE system print work orders (travel travelers) for the start of production demands and keep control of the WIP or units in process. Monitor the orders processed through reports of ORACLE system and electronic systems to ensure proper flow and avoid delays, Additional feedback on the progress of orders to customers Monitor during the entire process expedited and or urgent orders with the main purpose of shipping them based on our customer request date. Provide customer service with clear verbal and /or written communication to report situations that may affect the delivery of the orders on time Have a very close communication with purchasing, so when we don’t have a component that prevents us releasing an urgent order and keep our customer informed, also any improvement on the arrival that we may have, so we can release the order before or any delays of the components, we can advise our customer in both cases. Responsible for participating in changes of Engineering, attending scheduled board communication progress, identifying changes to new part numbers in an existing part, in bills of materials and new kits, ensuring activities necessary for keep the system updated Proactively develop procedures and process improvements mentioned above helping customer satisfaction and optimization of resources Prepare reports, metrics and statistics analyzing their contents to facilitate performance in decision-making Lead and control production master plans and establish links with the central departments of operation for review and analysis of capacity and availability of material. Understand and coordinate the supply chain by collaborating with team members and using ORACLE to fulfill customer orders Aligning with all safety policies, reports immediately any risk and participate actively in actions to improve safety in his area of control. Control the resources assigned by the company to the department. Take and participate in actions that help keep the Quality System. Assist with any other activity assigned related to work.Who You Are:
