RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Assist Production Engineer in process data collection and analysis. Assist Operations Support Team in the optimize and support production operation. Observe and report safety findings into Tracking System. Assist Shift Team in the implementation of OEP (Operations Excellence Program) and Suggestions to improve operations efficiency. Under the supervision of experienced Operators and Foreman, Intern shall learn to: operate manual and automatic process valves collect process samples for analysis operate drum filling equipment and charging raw material in drums monitor process variable and track production in batch sheets tank truck and ISO tank loading/unloading operation performance regular site inspections Assist Production department to complete these administrative work: Check, collect, file and summit related records about attendance, shift handover record, Production department organization chart etc. Assist in creating purchase orders, tracing suppliers’ deliveries. Responsible for the fix assets of the department, inventory, application, obsolescence and registration. Assist in shift shuttle bus arrangement. Responsible for Career Essentials Learning System maintenance, upload IMS document and work instruction. Assist HSES department in organizing annual occupational health check.

 

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

Degree: Undergraduate. Preferred majors: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related major. English skill: Able to read and write emails. Soft skills: Good communication skill; Ability to manage multiple tasks. Tools: EXCEL, PowerPoint, MINITAB, CAD, Aspen
