Play a Key Role in Production Excellence

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a motivated Production Generalist in Marietta, GA. In this role, you will support day-to-day production operations, ensuring machinery runs efficiently, products meet quality standards, and deadlines are achieved—all while upholding a safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and oversee production machinery, including calibrating equipment and monitoring gauges.

Inspect finished products to verify quality and compliance with specifications.

Track production schedules and meet established deadlines.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Identify and communicate any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.

Follow established work instructions and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to monitor equipment.

Willingness to adhere to all safety standards and guidelines.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

Ability to bend, stoop, and move in a production environment.

Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
