PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Production Generalist to join our team in Roseville, CA. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Your work will ensure our Point of Sale equipment is refurbished, assembled, and shipped accurately—helping merchants across the country serve their customers every day.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be cross-trained across multiple processes, giving you variety in your work and the opportunity to build new skills. You will:

Pull and prepare client orders for injection/download, kitting, and outbound shipping.

Safely operate warehouse equipment such as standup forklifts.

Participate in process improvement, safety, and special project teams.

Maintain a clean, organized work area that meets 6S standards.

Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals for both quality and efficiency.

Support various warehouse operations, including inventory control and POS device repair.

What You Bring

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience with basic computer systems (email, Excel; Oracle a plus).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Willingness to work extra hours when needed.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience with injection/download and shipping of POS units.

Knowledge of Level II POS device repair and troubleshooting.

Forklift experience.

Proactive, results-driven mindset.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
