Pay Rate: $19.50/hour | Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Step into a critical role where precision, teamwork, and reliability matter. As a Production Generalist at PDS Tech Commercial, you’ll support the successful deployment and fulfillment of customer orders for a global leader in secure technology and payment solutions. Your daily contributions will help ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality — directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Fulfill and pick customer orders

Inject/download data to Point of Sale (POS) devices

Assemble, pack, and ship orders

Maintain inventory integrity and track materials accurately

Meet daily production and quality goals

Rotate through various areas within Deployment as needed

Follow workplace safety and company policies

Communicate effectively with team members and management

Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to stand/walk for 10–12 hours and lift up to 49 lbs

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes

Comfortable using computers and basic software (email, Excel); handheld scanners and printers

Must be able to read and take direction in English

Willingness to work overtime as needed

Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency

Preferred:

Experience using Oracle or similar inventory/order management systems

Previous experience in a production, fulfillment, or warehouse environment

Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
