Production Floral Associate

Adecco is hiring immediately for Production Floral Associates with our client in Vista, CA. Production Floral Associates perform essential roles with one of our top clients, starting at $16.50/hr., with overtime opportunities available. As a Production Floral Associate, you will pull flower buckets from the cooler/freezer for production needs, assemble bouquets by selecting flowers and placing them onto the conveyor machine, label, package, and prepare finished floral products for shipment, move and organize flowers and materials throughout the production area, assist with general cleaning including sweeping and mopping floors, and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:
+ No previous experience required – entry-level position
+ At least some familiarity with warehouse or production environments is a plus, but not required
+ Comfortable working in cold environments, including cooler and freezer areas
+ Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented attitude
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
+ Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
+ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach frequently throughout the shift
+ Willingness to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday during peak seasons

+ 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

**Pay Details:** $16.50 per hour
