**Job Description**
+ This position is in charge of ensuring the compliance of the area with the different legal and quality requirements, as well as being the driver of the Continuous Improvement in the area. This position is also the link between Engineering and Production, ensuring a smooth transfer of the projects and the accurate implementation in the shopfloor.
**What your day will look like:**
+ Follow up and handover of the projects that involve moulding production.
+ Collaboration to improvements projects ensuring LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI).
+ Ensure requirements of IMS are met and follow up of global and local audits.
+ Analysis and follow up of external claims (QIS).
+ Responsible of LCI Assessments in Molding Production.
+ Analysis opportunities areas to improve equipments and processes.
+ Interaction and support in production systems.
+ Revision of Ergonomic issues and follow up of safety incidents.
+ Ensure the accurate management of inventory of consumables and tools required for production.
+ Responsible for the capacity information of moulding production, and related reports.
+ Report any kind of incident occurred in LOM, immediately to the responsible authorities. (For example: Immediate supervisor, EHS area, etc.)
+ Follow established guidelines according to the policies for Safety, Health, Environment and Quality governed within the LEGO Group.
+ Actively participate in activities related to the topic of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality in the plant. (For example: Training, drills, programs, etc.)
+ Align with the guidelines established in the processes in Global and Local way to fulfill the requirements of the OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001.
**Are you up for the challenge?**
+ Experience in Production, Engineering,Continuous Improvement or similar.
+ Excel and data analysis to perform scenarios and calculations.
+ Continuous improvement tools to drive projects.
+ Industrial engineering knowledge to optimize processes.
+ Familiar with EHS processes/standards.
