Assist with the design and implementation of production processes. Conduct process optimization experiments to improve quality, efficiency, and yield.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support cost reduction projects.Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Prepare financial reports and presentations on project progress and results.Adhere to company safety standards and promote a culture of safety.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, D3 or D4 in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Robotic or Information Engineering  Eager to learn of Industry 4.0 technologies and their applications in manufacturing and production environmentsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsEffective written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented and organized

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
