Production Engineering Engineer
Lead efforts to troubleshoot, improve and optimize existing and new manufacturing control systems and equipment across the production floor. Manage the integration of manufacturing equipment into a machining lines Perform equipment and/or process qualifications and validations (including risk assessments). Conduct root cause analyses and provide resolution of equipment issues. Manage projects (including capital expenditures) to schedule and within budget. Perform all necessary functions from the purchasing, installation, validation and commissioning of new equipment. Responsible for compliance of manufacturing equipment/processes and documentation. Document new and existing procedures as they relate to the manufacturing process.

Knowledge on

Siemens Step 7 Siemens 840D WinCC 2008 WinCC Comfort  HMI Pro understanding TIA portal V15.1 and above Desirable Studio 5000 Fanuc Handling Robots  Gantry sequence CNC Programing G-code understanding Electrical / electronic design Networds Profibus, Profinet, ethernet, AS-i bus. 4-year engineering degree. 5+ years of related equipment controls/manufacturing work experience. Proficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens, Beckhoff, etc.). Experience with HMI/SCADA development (FactoryTalk, etc.). Self-motivated and self-managed within a dynamic and collaborative team environment. High performing individual that is able to accept challenges and opportunities as they arise. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Excellent written & oral communication skills. Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project. Knowledgeable in equipment fabrication and assembly. Proficient decision-making skills. Proficient problems solving and trouble shooting skills. Ability to effectively interact with various internal and external customers/ vendors. Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers. Ability to apply multi disciplined problem-solving approaches to production and quality problems. Ability to exercise sound judgment to resolve manufacturing issues. Ability to work independently and with team members. Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects. Ability to work in a fast pace dynamic environment. Ability to communicate and train cross functionally at every level of the business
