**Production Engineer** **Location – Freeport, TX** **Onsite** As a **Production Engineer** , you will be responsible for providing engineering and problem-solving skills to ensure the process operates safely and optimally, monitoring and analyzing process performance, analyzing limitations and bottlenecks, identifying opportunities for process improvements, developing and implementing solutions, and serving as the process technology expert on site in the Vinylol and Vinyl Salt areas. We are committed to equal employment opportunities and value diversity in the workplace. **Your Key Responsibilities** + Monitor and track plant performance (output, quality, yields, solvent usage, energy). + Lead operations in troubleshooting and investigation (Root Cause Analysis) of significant unplanned operational events. + Develop and document in-depth process technology understanding. + Define optimal operation conditions (KOPs/KPISs).
