Essential Responsibilities Measuring and scanning pump assemblyField service activities at customer’s site locationPACKAGING: Pump Units Packaging, implying: alignment, Base Plate Marking, drilling & Tapping. PUMP REPAIR: dismantling, inspection, repair recommendations of single and multi-stages HP Pumps Occasionally assist for Field service activities at customer’s site location Work with QA to develop service and or repair procedures Develop of Technical and products knowledge in order to assist customers with their requirements. Develop Junior assemblers Position Requirements
Education:
Preferable Technical Graduate or Diploma with minimum 5-year experience
Experience:
5 years Minimum in rotating equipment PREFERABLE Pumps
Skills/ Knowledge:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret international standard, customer specification and technical procedures,Knowledge of pump technology.Good communication skillsKnowledge of the corrective action processExperience in centrifugal pumps or rotating equipment Hands on experience in service/ repair/over haul Capable of executing duties with limited supervisionCompetencies/Traits:
