We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented engineering professional to support and lead initiatives within our production environment. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting daily production needs, and leading technical projects to enhance performance and efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide timely support for daily production issues to ensure minimal disruption.Develop and deliver presentations and reports on project status, progress, and challenges to management.Monitor and manage labor allocation to optimize productivity.Lead and coordinate project activities, including equipment installation, supplier selection, and implementation.Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies across safety, quality, production, cost, and workforce engagement.Stay current with technical advancements and recommend new technologies or process improvements.Ensure compliance with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) standards.Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.Act as a technical resource for team members and leaders, providing training and guidance as needed.Serve as the technical lead for assigned areas during vehicle launch phases.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in vehicle or manufacturing engineering.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong understanding of production and manufacturing engineering principles, particularly in the automotive sector.Experience in an engineering or industrial environment is preferred.Experience LevelIntermediatePay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
