Production Engineer
What you'll love about this job • Manage, Lead and Motivate a multi operations group in an empowered team-based environment, ensuring full engagement of team members. • Execute daily, weekly and monthly production plans to meet all business plan commitments •Ensure daily operation are caried out in compliance with all appropriate safety, quality and environmental standards • Ensure timely completion of all corrective and preventive actions to avoid repeats of defects that affect the line efficiency (OAE) & scrap rates. • Monitoring material usage variants and tracking any drivers that is causing losses. • Managing DL cost through smart allocation to labors based on production plan/schedule, controlling OT and number of leased labors. •Continuously improving the productivity of the production lines through tackling losses reasons that is causing any deviations from the O.A.E targets • Provide continuous coaching/feedback for the operation group to meet the plant targets. • Ensure a consistently high level of communications with the peers (Maintenance & QA team) through daily, weekly and monthly Meetings. •promote a continuous improvement culture within the production team to deliver improvements through lean principles and systems. •Support implementing cost savings projects, best practices and next generation technologies. •Insure smooth and accurate communication through managing Tier 1& Tier 2 meetings. •Participate in developing Assembly, Packing and Components Monthly plan with coordination with planning department. • Encourage operators to share new ideas for CRM ( Cost Reduction Management ) •Develop a skill matrix for the operators. Position Summary Supervise production activities to maximize the use of the production organization resources and meet established production specifications and schedules, volume and cost through controlling production activities , material flow and Control the scrap to achieve cost and quality targets . What we are looking for + Bachelor's degree in mechanical or production Engineering + Minimum5 years of experience + fluent in reading writing and speaking English + skilled leader that can inspire and lead others + Expert in using Excel, Power point and AutoCAD Come join us!
