As the Production Engineer, you will lead the engineering and quality agenda with the overall goal of improving customer satisfaction. You will be the main contact for suppliers in the Americas, working as part of the business team to develop and secure quality and compliance in the production process, handle quality deviations, and ensure compliance with all company requirements. Your responsibilities will include leading Supplier Development for quality and manufacturing, identifying and implementing actions, and executing projects. You will also lead the implementation of new products at suppliers, evaluate potential new suppliers' production facilities and quality systems, and understand the holistic picture for the Americas. Additionally, you will secure supplier and product quality/safety compliance following GFSI standards, collaborate with global teams within the quality matrix to develop food safety and quality policies and performance, and lead the continuous improvement agenda from a quality and production efficiency perspective, striving for cost reduction. You must be willing to actively search for information and continuously learn from good examples and mistakes. You should have the interest and drive to build trust and partnerships to reach common goals, be results-oriented and self-driven in your ways of working to deliver better products.


Travel is required 30-50% of the time, domestically and internationally.
