The FOX direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform is a new, forward-looking initiative within Tubi Media Group that brings FOX’s unparalleled content portfolio—news, sports, and entertainment—directly to consumers via an innovative subscription streaming service.

ABOUT THE ROLE

FOX ONE is FOX’s new direct-to-consumer platform, designed to deliver a seamless and engaging streaming experience across devices. The Production Designer will play a vital role in creating the visual identity of FOX ONE by executing and delivering high-quality digital assets across web, mobile, and living room devices.

You will be part of FOX Tech Design’s Core Services team, working under the guidance of the Sr. Production Design Lead. In this role, you’ll bring FOX ONE’s brand to life through polished graphics, scalable toolkits, and design standards that align with a streaming-first audience. You will collaborate daily with product, content, marketing, and technology teams to ensure FOX ONE delivers a consistent and compelling design experience for subscribers.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Create, design, and produce digital graphics and assets for the FOX ONE streaming platform across mobile, web, and connected devices

Use advanced Photoshop skills to extend art, edit talent imagery, and manipulate color and layouts tailored for streaming experiences

Design cohesive composites from multiple sources (photography, vector art, motion stills) to support FOX ONE campaigns and product needs

Deliver components and graphical elements for daily production workflows and platform launches

Apply and enforce FOX ONE brand guidelines to ensure consistency across the subscription service

Partner with UX teams to refine and optimize asset performance and user engagement

Work closely with content and marketing teams to deploy digital assets across campaigns and product updates

Research automation and optimization tools to improve digital production efficiency for streaming platform

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

A strong portfolio showcasing production design for digital platforms, preferably streaming or app-based experiences

Advanced Photoshop skills, including smart objects, compositing, and color correction

Experience building digital assets at scale for apps, streaming services, or digital campaigns

Familiarity with production toolkits and implementing brand guidelines for digital-first products

Strong knowledge of Illustrator, XD, and Sketch

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, subscription-driven environment with shifting priorities

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in file management and project tracking

Excellent communication skills across email, Slack, and cross-team collaboration

Independent, resourceful problem-solver who enjoys working on innovative digital platforms

Up-to-date knowledge of UI trends, streaming devices, and digital design technologies

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

Experience with automation tools or scripting for asset production

Print production experience

Agency or subscription-product environment experience

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $114,000.00-121,679.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
