Adecco is hiring immediately for a **Production Custodian** in New Castle, Delaware. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized production environment. Your work will directly support smooth operations by ensuring cleanliness standards are met around presses, packaging areas, and material storage zones. **Responsibilities:** + Clean pressrooms, bindery areas, loading docks, and production workspaces. + Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors using industrial cleaning equipment. + Remove paper waste, ink residue, and debris from equipment and floors. + Empty trash and recycling bins; dispose of hazardous waste per plant protocols. + Replenish sanitation and cleaning supplies in production areas. + Assist with cleaning during and after press runs. + Operate floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers. + Report maintenance needs or safety hazards to supervisors. + Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. + Support special cleaning projects during plant shutdowns. + Perform other custodial or light maintenance tasks as needed. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. + Previous custodial or industrial cleaning experience is a plus. + Ability to work independently and in a team environment. + Comfortable working around machinery, ink, and paper products. + Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. + Strong attention to detail and time management. + Commitment to safety and cleanliness. **Working Conditions:** + Active production environment with exposure to noise, ink, paper dust, and machinery. + May require evening, weekend, or holiday shifts depending on production needs. **Why Work for Adecco?** + Weekly pay and competitive wages + Access to free upskilling courses through Adecco’s Aspire Academy + Comprehensive benefits options + Opportunities for career growth and advancement **Apply now** to join our team as a Production Custodian in New Castle, DE! **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
