We're looking for a proactive individual to manage the end-to-end execution of our live event and video projects, from meticulous pre-production planning to flawless day-of execution.In this role, you'll be responsible for drafting and tracking all production documentation, coordinating logistics like talent schedules and equipment, and ensuring all creative deliverables are met. On event days, you'll manage timelines, support onsite video shoots (including operating the teleprompter and managing talent), and run speaker rehearsals and show calls. After events, you'll handle media archiving, vendor invoicing, and post-event reporting.You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with creative, marketing, digital, and account teams to ensure projects run smoothly from conception through delivery.Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in event video production, corporate event planning, or similar roles. Exceptional ability to create, manage, and track complex production documentation (e.g., run-of-shows, call sheets) across multiple concurrent projects. Strong capability in coordinating diverse production elements including talent, crew, equipment, and location permissions under tight deadlines. Experience in day-of event management, running speaker rehearsals, show calls, and providing technical support in a live production environment. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proficiency in managing extensive administrative tasks, vendor invoicing, and media archiving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for transparent dialogue with internal teams and external vendors. Demonstrated ability to adapt to non-standard hours and manage travel requirements for events. Proficient with MS Office and Dropbox; familiar with virtual event platforms (Zoom, OBS). Proven skills in tracking project budgets and coordinating with multiple vendors for production needs.
