A Production Coordinator job in Fife, WA is available at Milgard Windows and Doors. You must have prior manufacturing experience managing a team. Have a mechanical aptitude with the ability to read a tape measure. In this role, you will assist in the work activities of department employees. Responsibilities Oversee departmental activities per standard operating procedures. Work with Shift Supervisor and department Lead to support personnel to achieve an efficient operation at all times. Assist Shift Supervisor and department Lead to see that all manufacturing orders are followed through properly to completion and are filled out properly before turning in. Assists personnel in analyzing and correcting problems encountered in job assignments to perform work according to standard operating procedures. Provide orderly and efficient changeover to the next shift. Demonstrate Milgard’s Core Values in all business interactions. Support training and development of team members. Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment.
