The role
As a Production Coordinator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be working as part of a team that helps to create a safe and secure world Day to day.
You’ll be responsible for creation and planning of operational requirement, under supervision.
You will:
Create and maintain the Bill of Material to the schedule within the relevant toolset and the provision of a budget to reflect this aligned to the project budget (This should include coverage for non-material tasks). Support the 6-week planning process ensuring viability of the Level 4/5 schedule in line with the Level 3 schedule dates/budgets and 12-week look-ahead aspiration. Supply delivery forecasts of activities whilst assessing and reporting on late deliverables against schedules. Monitor and control of all work in progress using standard reports and KPI’s. Timely release and closure of change codes and the highlighting of issues. Provide documentation required to carry out the Level 4/5 schedule (e.g. drawings/procedures/forms) Plan Emergent/Additional work, so that the work can be progressed in accordance with Project schedules.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Rosyth Dockyard, Fife.
Essential experience of the Production Coordinator
You must have an understanding of the process of identifying and scheduling the resources. You must have experience in the Production industry.
