As a Production Coordinator, you play an essential role in supporting day-to-day supply execution within the frozen planning window (typically 0–3 weeks). Key to success in this role is ensuring work order changes are executed timely in response to Supply Planning or Manufacturing change requirements or constraints, to ensure execution of optimized supply plan in the immediate term can best serve customer while minimizing disruptions and maintaining service reliability.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or site-based planning / scheduling, looking to deepen their planning capability and grow toward future supply planning roles.

Key Responsibilities
A. Site-Based Planning Coordination
Coordinate frozen period planning activities (typically 0–3 weeks) in alignment with the global supply plan.
Validate short-term capacity and material availability to ensure readiness for upcoming production runs.
Maintain accurate production schedules and work order timing based on system plans and site inputs.
Escalate execution risks promptly (e.g. material shortages, unplanned downtime, urgent changes).
Act as the main interface between Global Supply Planning team and Production team.
Representation at Site Production meetings with stakeholders to review line level activities, plan and capacity.
B. Work Order and Capacity Execution Support
Release and monitor work orders, tracking execution status and flagging delays.
Communicate plan changes to manufacturing teams, ensuring shared understanding of upcoming priorities.
Support resource adjustments in the frozen window based on urgent customer needs or supply disruptions.
Prepare reports (stock, order summary, distribution order) which is required for production.
Manage Engineering change note implementation.
Lead & drive Adherence to Plan metrics
C. Planning System & Data Management
Maintain short-term planning data accuracy—lot sizes, routings, lead times, shift calendars, etc. in ERP System (Oracle)
Perform basic analysis and scenario checks to ensure feasibility of short-term plans.
Partner with Production and Inventory teams to align physical execution with planning signals.
D. Continuous Improvement & Learning
Contribute ideas to improve frozen window planning accuracy, agility, and responsiveness.
Actively engage in learning opportunities to build planning capability (tools, processes, metrics).
Shadow supply planners to understand mid/long-term planning concepts and career growth pathways.
What You Bring
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in site-based manufacturing planning, scheduling, or inventory control roles.
Systems: Experience using ERP and scheduling systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or MES tools); familiarity with planning tools like o9 is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and reliability in fast-paced execution environments
Ability to influence stakeholders (planning & operations) with strong communication skills
Proactive and organized—can manage multiple short-term priorities with urgency
Curious and motivated to learn about end-to-end supply planning
