JOB PURPOSE: To fully support the operations team in the day to day management of the productions areas. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: The role will encompass: * Provide administrative support to ensure that all systems are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner * Run mateff reports to manage material yields * Update the TMS anomalies in line with payroll demands * Produce and display all production KPI\u2019s * Holiday planning and administration of overtime * Compile data to assist the management team with any performance management * Support process improvement activities * Involvement in the site maintenance program * Support the planner and cover in their absence * Type correspondence, reports, and other documents * After the appropriate training conduct company quality/risk/other audits * Help coordinate the maintenance, and updates required for SOP WI documents QUALIFICATIONS Educational and professional: * Proven data entry skills * Internal auditor qualifications (desirable but not essential) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE * C. 2-3 years of relevant administration responsibility * Experience of networking across multi-site organisation * Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy * Effective verbal and listening skills * Effective written communication skills * Negotiation skills * IT literate to intermediate level on excel, work, outlook.
