**Overview**
The Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Production Planner with outlining production
requirements and being aware of all omni-channel content from inception to completion.
**Responsibilities**
The Production Coordinator’s primary tasks will include:
• Providing input and assistance in the construction of client decks and status documentation
• Execute, manage and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g. auction/exchange-based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) both independently and in support of Production Planners
• Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials in team’s shared document repository
• Handle daily campaign product maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns
• Assist in the development of client -facing campaign performance reports
• Contribute to the assessment of inventory availability and the formulation of proposals for new client opportunities
• Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artefacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch
• Run the campaign QA [quality control] process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance
• Support with the briefing of campaign production from our Global Category clients – including facilitation of briefing sessions and ensuring the client submits briefs in the correct format and systems.
• Support with general client management e.g. meeting organisation and facilitation, meeting notes, next steps and action tracking
**Qualifications**
• Minimum 2yrs experience in a similar position in an advertising agency
• A background in Digital
• Fluent business English - both written and spoken is a must
• Professionalism, engagement, attention to detail and pro-active approach to problem-solving
• Ability to prioritize and resist stress in a changing environment
• Analytical thinking skills
• Proactive attitude and good organizational skills
• Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
• Participating in implementation of integrated digital projects on a local / global scale
• Production / adaptation of advertising formats for 360 campaigns
• Supporting Production Planner in handling budget reporting for executed projects
• Supporting Production Planner in handling internal processes and documentation related to projects execution
• Contribute to the smooth running of the business overall, delivering against client KPIs
