Reports to: Production Control Manager
Position Description: Responsible for production scheduling, building specs, BOM’s and on time delivery
Minimum Required QualificationsEducation: Associates degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Certifications: N/A
Language Requirements: Must speak, read, write English fluently
Experience Level: 1-3 years of production scheduling experience
Skills:
Scheduling experience Must be computer literate, strong in Excel ERP experience is required Must be able to communicate effectivelyOther Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Experience in plant operations and schedulingResponsibilities:
Maintain build schedule and communicate production requirements to the purchasing department Review sales quotes and maintains build schedules based on specific customer specificationsEstablish build dates and layout dates in order to achieve on time deliverySelect and input customer options into the operating system thereby creating the MRP bill of materialCoordinate new part number set up and descriptions with engineering, purchasing and accounting departmentsPrepare reports and production schedules for distributionAny other duties (related or not related to job) as requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
