Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly inventory metrics and coordinate actions needed to meet internal targetsPrepare and analyze financial metrics to drive financial reconciliation activities to meet demand, supply, and inventory plansPrepare and analyze inventory, net inventory turnover, and review forecasts, plans, and performance to drive improvement opportunities across the businessPrepare capacity analyses to ensure capital expenditure and production readiness planning across sites and programs.Prepare operational metrics to develop recommendations to drive inventory and cost reductionsLead and present sales, inventory, and operations planning analyses and recommendations to leadershipLead and drive analyses related to Internal and External delivery reporting to drive 100% on-timeDevelop tools for real time problem resolution for materials metrics and look for opportunities to improve the businessSupport continuous improvement and ensure controls are in place for SIOP process and proceduresEstablishes clear and robust metrics to measure progress through process improvements for SIOPAct as liaison between stakeholders to drive projects and communicate results & expectationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reports are aligned; analyze any variancesUtilize tools, knowledge, and techniques to meet project requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of prior relevant experience OR relevant experienceMust be a U.S. citizenExperience in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related analytic fieldsFluent with SAPMS Office Suite. Excel-Pivot Tables and PowerPoint-creating presentationsExperience communicating and presenting to a wide variety of audiencesAbility to analyze large sets of data with attention to detail

Desired Skills:

Understanding of financial metrics and operational drivers that impact profit and lossInventory analysis experienceDemand planning and supply experienceExperience with Tableau or any other data visualization tool

 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
