Your responsibilities
Support product supply and inventory plans consistent with the goals of the business or product line.Create a production plan for the assigned production line. The production plan considers customer order status, forecast, material availability, production equipment issues, maintain service levels to >95% and other related production issues to satisfy customer delivery performance and financial goals, based on established priorities.Help resolve circumstances causing delivery not in compliance with customer want dates or excess and slow-moving inventory, identifying causes and developing solutions to improve our performance. Provide material status and action plans to department, materials management and supply source organizations.Communication with production team to assure production plans based on the requirements of our customers.Alignment with PMS to assure the correct prioritization following the internal health checks to assure inventory levels and materials availability on time.Internal collaboration with the buyer’s team to assure materials availability to execute on time the production ordersDevelop an understanding of product life cycle planning including the process of master scheduling, new product introduction, product phase-in/out and inventory planning.Achieve annual inventory reduction and customer service performance targets.You will have
