**Introduction** A Computer Operator will consistently monitor all online and batch job streams running on multiple mainframes ensuring all are advancing as expected and are on target to meet client SLA’s. Other responsibilities will include identifying issues and notifying the Supervisor or Lead Operator of any issues so they can be corrected in a timely manner. The role of a Computer Operator is vital to our business unit. We are the "front lines" for providing critical services to our clients. Fintech Core Banking Operations runs programs that directly update thousands of customer accounts as well as produces numerous downstream deliverables essential to our client’s daily business. **Your role and responsibilities** A successful candidate should have very strong computer skills. Must know the basics of accessing and navigating the internet. Must have good oral and written communication skills. This position is 1st Shift and requires a high level of attentiveness. The position may require entering a weekend rotation once the associate has completed an adequate level of training.
