In this role, you'll be responsible for feeding boxes into our machines, inspecting cartons for quality, and ensuring smooth operation. If you're someone who thrives on their feet, can lift 40 lbs unassisted, and is comfortable with a flexible schedule (including overtime and Saturdays), we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do as a Production Associate / Machine Operator:

Operate gluing machines safely and efficientlyFeed cartons into machines & inspect for damage or color defectsEnsure consistent quality by checking alignment and final product appearanceWork in a clean, organized area with a focus on safety and teamworkFlex and support other departments as needed
