Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a production associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Fort Payne, AL

Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00/hour

Shifts available: 
Week day (Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Week day nights (Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM),
Weekend (Friday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
Weekend nights (Friday - Sunday 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

What's the Job?

Assemble products or components according to specifications or blueprints Operate machinery and tools Inspect products for defects Load/unload raw materials or finished products Move items manually or with equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks Perform basic cleaning or maintenance on machines Keep work areas clean and organized

What's Needed?

2 years of consistent manufacturing experience. Basic knowledge of principles, procedures, and work routines in manufacturing. Experience with operating CNC, brake press, and other similar machinery Assembly line experience
