**DESCRIPTION** **Job Summary:** **ON-SITE ROLE** The **Production Associate – Level I** is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of machines and production equipment within a manufacturing environment. Working under direct guidance, this role ensures compliance with quality standards, production targets, and safety protocols while supporting team-based initiatives and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** **1. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE):** + Immediately stop work and report any major injury hazards. + Report all work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards. + Comply with all HSE standards, regulations, and procedures. + Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE). + Promote interdependent safety by supporting co-workers' well-being. + Correct hazards within your scope and capabilities. + Understand environmental impacts of tasks and work to reduce them. + Participate in mandatory HSE training activities. **2. Quality:** + Follow all applicable standard work procedures and quality documentation. + Perform quality inspections and report issues promptly. + Identify and contain non-conforming materials. + Raise concerns to prevent quality and cost issues. **3. Delivery & Operations:** + Operate manual and automated machinery to produce or assemble products to specification. + Meet production goals and maintain pace with required cycle times or engineering standards. + Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, including housekeeping and machine care. + Perform routine operator maintenance and equipment checks. + Collaborate with maintenance and technical staff to report equipment issues. + Remain flexible to perform other duties as needed to meet production demands. **4.
