Job Title: Production Associate III Location: Stoughton, WI Work Model: Onsite Compensation: $20/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Job Summary The Production Associate III operates machines and production equipment independently in a manufacturing environment, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met. This role also includes supporting and coaching others as needed. Key Responsibilities Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE): + Stop work and report major hazards immediately. + Report work-related injuries, illnesses, or incidents. + Follow HSE standards, policies, and regulations. + Use proper personal protective equipment. + Actively engage in safety training and promote a safe workplace. Quality: + Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures. + Perform quality inspections and control non-conforming material. + Identify issues and raise concerns to minimize cost and quality risks. Production & Delivery: + Operate equipment independently to manufacture and assemble products. + Achieve production goals and maintain required cycle times. + Perform housekeeping and routine machine maintenance tasks. + Support equipment repairs with peers and skilled trades. + Remain flexible and perform other duties to meet production needs. Teamwork: + Communicate effectively with team members and support teams. + Participate in training and professional development. + Actively contribute to improvements in quality, safety, and process flow. Qualifications & Competencies + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills preferred. + Strong accountability and ability to deliver results. + Effective communication and teamwork skills. + Mechanical knowledge and manufacturing understanding. + Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. + Ability to manage complexity and adapt to changing needs.
