Production Associate Location: Stoughton WI Pay Rate: $20/hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a focus on meeting productivity and quality goals. Key Responsibilities: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): + Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment + Report any injuries, hazards, or incidents immediately + Participate in safety training and maintain a clean, safe work environment + Understand the environmental impact of your work and strive to minimize it Quality: + Follow standard work procedures and quality documentation + Perform quality inspections and identify non-conforming materials + Adhere to quality standards such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), visual standards, and poka-yoke Production & Operations: + Operate machines and assemble products according to specifications + Meet or exceed daily production targets + Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance tasks + Assist in identifying equipment needing repair and collaborate with maintenance teams + Remain flexible to perform other tasks as needed to support production Teamwork & Communication: + Communicate effectively with team members and support staff + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives + Complete required training and development courses Qualifications and Competencies: + High school diploma or equivalent + Previous manufacturing experience preferred + Strong communication and teamwork skills + Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment + Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence Top Skills Required: + Effective communication + Craftsmanship and attention to detail + Strong work ethic and reliability Experience: Significant relevant work experience or specialized training preferred.
